Siddharth Kaushal is a theatre director, actor, filmmaker and art director who understands the stage and its positive impact on life. He has performed in the most reputed theatre platforms in the country-Prithvi Theatre and NCPA (Mumbai) and has also represented India at SAARC. He is also a charcoal artist specialising in portraiture (realism and emotionism) with an impressive oeuvre and decorated clients. Owing to this creative affiliation, Siddharth also works with bespoke art direction and light design for productions and short films.
He is a scholarship holder from the topmost acting institutions in the country recognised worldwide and has the experience of acting under the direction of internationally acclaimed filmmakers (Danis Stanovic et al).
Siddharth holds a degree in psychology which has aided him in curating a holistic theatre and education curriculum.
Neha Bakshi is an internationally certified image consultant, a theatre director, production head, soft skills coach and a scriptwriter who understands the significance of personal expression on and off the stage. Neha has worked with leading institutions like Fortis, Canadian Consulate etc and social organisations like PhilARThropy in curating personal growth seminars, workshops and curriculum.
Neha is a silver medalist Economist who has synthesised her technical training in the subject with her production responsibilities for theatrical productions starring 300 actors, singers, and dancers. Neha is an alumna of premium institutions all over the country including Scindia (Gwalior). Her experience across geographies and cultures has aided her in curating a holistic module in theatre and personal growth.

At The Idea Box, we believe that life's a stage and to understand it and maximise its potential, theatre is essential. We develop productions from ground zero into fantastical renditions and also run pedagogical interventions for the teachings of theatre to leave a lasting impact, even when the applause recedes.
THEATRE IN EDUCATION
Our professional team of trained and experienced actors/directors/instructors impart a formal and systematic theatre curriculum with the aim to enable the learner to instill self belief, remove stress, shed unwarranted inhibitions, improve communication skills, learn teamwork and empathy, enhance academic excellence through commitment and time management skills.
World over, Theatre in Education has been acknowledged and embraced as a powerful new development in the field of education.
THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS
At TIB, larger than life annual shows are offered where characters, story, script, art direction and overall presentation is showcased keeping in mind the organisational brand image and enhancing brand vision.
The students/cast get an exposure to world class training/direction with an additional benefit of learning creative tools such as scripting, light design, costume design, set and property construction.
We also offer original/bespoke scripts and music score compositions.

At The Idea Box, we believe in achieving personal excellence through maximising the potential of each student through a very meticulous curriculum where the growth of each student is mapped out.
We offer customised modules in personal growth for schools aimed at leadership skills, life skills, social etiquette and competent communication.
Through SWOT analysis, gestural communication, inter-personal skills, emotional management and personal etiquette, we ensure that our students are well versed with global trends and practise them in pursuit of excellence.
